Considering the current affairs, Toronto Region Board of Trade will be conducting virtual interviews and has made arrangements for new hires to work remotely until it is deemed safe to return to office. **Position Description**: The Toronto Region Board of Trade (The Board) is seeking a Manager of Partner Success, to support the Board’s partnership and revenue strategy. Reporting to Senior Director, Partner Success, this role is responsible for maintaining value-oriented relationships with partners and ensuring positive experience, that fuel the Board’s regional economic zone agenda to make Toronto one of the most globally competitive business regions. The Manager of Partner Success will work closely with senior management to assist in development of growth strategies, driving client retention by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating successful outcomes for both our clients and partners. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality, who can build rapport with clients, and manage relationships and benefit delivery with key stakeholders. * Role Description: * - Assist the Senior Director, Partnership Success in building strong and long-term business relationships and in consistently exceed client expectations - Leads the management and stewardship of accounts with total annual portfolio valued in excess of $500K - Supports Membership Relationship Managers on partner proposals < $25K - Work with cross functional teams to advocate clients needs and establish desired outcomes - Executes partner renewals through relationship management and contract management - In collaboration with the Senior Director, Partner Success, assists in the development and implementation of an annual Partner Relationship Management plan for the Board’s partnership portfolio - In collaboration with the Senior Director, Partnership Success, develops and implements efficient processes and templates that can be used for client management and stewardship - Implements and reports back to the Senior Director, Partnership Success on Partner Success Objectives and Key Results **Your experience includes**: - 4+ years of experience partnerships, sponsorships, agency account management or like industry - Experience in strategic partnership and operation planning is a strong asset - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals - Proven record of driving business growth through advocacy - Strong client management, consultancy, and problem-solving skills - Proven record of renewing and upselling client accounts - Proven ability to maintain and build long lasting relationships with clients - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * You’re often described as: * - Customer-focused and collaborative with colleagues from all levels and departments - Highly organized and deadline-driven - A self-starter with the ability to work independently - Agile and open to changing directions, adopting new practices, or learning something new - Empathetic and aware of interpersonal dynamics - A strong multitasker with the ability to navigate competing deadlines - A creative problem solver * About the Toronto Region Board of Trade* At Toronto Region Board of Trade, you work closely with a collaborative, results-driven team of city builders.
