**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish doors according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create precise components.
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize processes and workflows.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

**Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with WoodWOP is a strong asset.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in woodworking.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform precise measurements and quality checks.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
