As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Marketing and Event Planner to join our team and help elevate The Mill Tavern to new heights.

As our Marketing and Event Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public image of The Mill Tavern, driving engagement through innovative marketing strategies, and creating unforgettable events that leave our guests eagerly anticipating their next visit. You'll be the driving force behind our social media presence, paid advertising campaigns, and all aspects of event planning and marketing.
- Creatively utilize paid ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram to target and attract our ideal customer base.
- Plan, organize, and manage all events from conception to execution, including theme development, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring each event exceeds guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create promotional materials and event-specific menus that highlight The Mill Tavern's unique offerings.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage with our community both online and offline, building relationships that turn guests into regulars and regulars into advocates.
- Proven experience in marketing and event planning, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
