**What You’ll Do**
As an **Estimator**, you will:
**Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda** to prepare accurate estimates and pricing.
Conduct **detailed quantity take-offs** and ensure materials are ordered, fabricated, and delivered on schedule.
Collaborate with **architects, designers, contractors, and project managers** to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare **shop drawings, hardware schedules, and technical documentation** with precision.
Process **purchase orders, change orders, and contract documentation** efficiently.
Complete **service quotes for repair and maintenance** requests as needed.
**Source pricing** from suppliers and **evaluate subcontractor quotes**
Maintain **strong attention to detail** and ensure **accuracy and completeness** of all bid submissions and cost breakdowns.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to **align bids with project requirements and timelines.**
**Update and maintain internal systems** with current pricing and project info.
**What You Bring**
- **Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings** - this is a must
- Strong organizational skills and **meticulous attention to detail** - we’re looking for precision
- Background in **Division 8 and 10 work scopes** (doors, frames, hardware) is highly preferred.
- **Interior design, architectural, engineering, or construction experience** is an asset.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and ability to adapt to new software.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities** with ease.
- **Excellent communication and problem-solving skills** - you’re a team player
- Experience with **estimating, project coordination, or technical drawing production**.
- **CET designation and/or AHC credentials** are considered an asset.
