Resident Caretaker

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a mature couple that would like to caretaker a large storage facility. We have a suite that is 1200 square feet and a wrap around balcony. All utilities are included. This suite comes with a monthly salary.

**Duties**
- Take over the office when the day staff leaves for home. The evenings are run on a bell service. The customer will press a buzzer for help in the office. If this should happen the caretakers come down the stairs and help the customer with their needs.
- A lock up each evening that takes about an hour
- Tuesday there is a inventory on all units. This takes about 1 and a half hours.
- Thursday are a day off for the caretakers
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service in all interactions.
- We are looking for long term resident managers
- Very mínimal hours
- Saturday is office duties at extra pay, not apart of the salary.
- Sundays is for both parties all day, as it is maintenance, yard and office and buildings.
