**Marina Dockside Eatery Manager**

We’re currently seeking a Manager for the Marina Dockside Eatery to oversee the day-to-day operations for the café. This position reports to the General Manager of Oak Bay Marina, Pedder Bay RV Resort & Marina and Dockside Eatery. - Works directly with the General Manager and through effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills, optimizes the Marina Dockside Eatery performance in order to maximize revenues, EBITDA and customer satisfaction.
- Creates and maintains a positive attitude of service, teamwork and cooperation in support of the “YES I CAN” philosophy and the Core Values.
- Maintains food and beverage quality, service, dress code and cleanliness to a level consistent with Oak Bay Marine Group standards.
- Completes all administrative daily, weekly, monthly and annual paperwork in an accurate manner with on time reporting.
- Manages menu assortment, product purchasing (JIT), receiving, storage, issuing, preparation, and control of all products, supplies, and equipment.
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Marina Dockside Eatery crew including hiring, work schedules, annual performance reviews, compensation and performance management.
- Maintains a consistent presence within the café, leading by example, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew to become familiar with regular guests and members of the community, and to coach, teach and train the Crew.
