We’re on a mission to protect, empower, and grow our member base while making measurable national impact - and we’re looking for a Membership Growth & Marketing Coordinator who can drive that mission forward.

The Role

This is not just a marketing job - it’s a performance-based growth opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of national campaigns and see their results directly reflected in their income.

You’ll design, launch, and scale targeted membership campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing, tap into blockchain, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and social impact bond opportunities - and help fuel our upcoming weekly podcast/video series by using it to supercharge our social media and outreach.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize membership acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels.
- Drive targeted growth using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and affiliate programs.
- Build relationships with conservative-leaning communities aligned with our mission.
- Contribute to content strategy - including leveraging weekly podcasts/videos for marketing and member engagement.
- Use technology, automation, and analytics to maximize ROI and scale campaigns.
- Collaborate on joint venture launches, committee initiatives, and member-exclusive opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- Location: Canada-based (Calgary or nearby preferred), mobile when needed.
- Languages: English required; French a big plus; other major languages an advantage.
- Skilled in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and audience targeting.
- Familiarity with blockchain, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and social impact bonds a plus.
- Highly organized, autonomous, fast executor, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable with a conservative audience base and mission-driven work.

Compensation
- Base salary: $35,000-$45,000 CAD (depending on speed to autonomy)
- Performance bonuses: Significant - top performers can earn up to 10x their base salary through membership growth, campaign ROI, affiliate revenue, and innovation bonuses.
