**Responsibilities**:

- Operate trackless sidewalk plows to clear snow and sand roadways and walkways.
- Perform routine circle check's and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with the team supervisor to coordinate snow removal efforts.
- Work closely with the team of shovelers to maintain effecient snow removal efforts.
- Prioritize safety and follow established safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating equipment, particularly in snow removal.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work long hours during snowstorms and be on call when needed.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Perform routine maintenance on the Skid Steer and Trackless, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting for any damage or wear

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating a sidewalk plow is required
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Snow Removal: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
