**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated South Indian Kitchen Team Members having strong knowledge of Kerala cuisines to join our dynamic kitchen staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to food preparation and maintaining high standards of food safety. You will work collaboratively with chef to deliver exceptional meals that meet our customers' expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Support the team in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
- Collaborate with chef to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
