**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for machining operations.
- Utilize Fanuc controls and logic controllers for programming and operation of CNC machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
- Proficiency in operating milling machines and other machining equipment.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies within the industry.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
