**Responsibilities**
- Primarily responsible for performing post operational sanitation (cleaning and sanitizing) of all utensils and equipment after operations are completed.
- Pre-rinsing, soaping, rinsing and sanitizing of equipment in various departments.
- Use of high-pressure system.
- Pre-operational inspection of departments.
- Adhere to established company operating procedures to ensure a high level of food safety and quality.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to read and write in French or English.
- Have a good knowledge of the principles of sanitation (rinsing, degreasing, foaming, cleaning inspection after), including familiarity with the operation of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work in a team or alone.
- Must be available for flexible hours, if required

**Responsabilités**
- Principalement responsable de l'exécution de l'assainissement post opérationnel (nettoyage et la désinfection) de tous les ustensiles et des équipements après que les opérations soient terminées.
- Pré-rinçage, savonnage, rinçage et assainissement des équipements dans les différents départements ;
- Utilisation de system de haute pression ;
- Inspection pré-opérationnelle des départements ;
- Respecter les procédures d'exploitation établies par l'entreprise pour garantir un niveau élevé de sécurité et de qualité des aliments;
- Assurer le remplacement du personnel clé en tout temps.

**Habilités et compétences**
- Capacité à lire et écrire en français ou en anglais ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des principes de l'assainissement (rinçage, dégraissage, le moussage, l'inspection de nettoyage après), y compris la familiarité avec le fonctionnement de l'équipement de nettoyage ;
- Habilité de travailler en équipe ou seul ;
- Doit être disponible pour des horaires flexibles, si necessaire
