**The job involves**:
Repairing and maintaining slot machines, slot monitoring equipment, slot related electronic components and Slot Data Systems
Maintaining inventory levels and preparing requisitions for spare parts
Implementation of various slot projects, including installing, moving and removing slot machines, denomination and theme conversions, and upgrading hardware and software
Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest's needs
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Standing and walking for extended periods of time
Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Electronic Technician certificate, Technologist or equivalent
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a related field
Excellent guest service skills
Experience in slot machine and electronics repair
Mechanical experience
Ability to repair electronic circuit boards
Ability to work with hand and power tools
