**Responsibilities**:

- Be willing to do what other agents aren't
- Provide top-quality customer care
- Follow up with clients
- Show and preview properties for clients
- Engage in so much training for whatever your current skills are
- Start learning all the tech tools you need to beat out the competition
- Host open houses
- Hold client meetings
- Negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with agents and admins

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must Have** a valid and active Real Estate License
- ** Must Have **a valid driver's license
- ** Must **operate in Canada
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
