We’re seeking a Corporate Administration Manager to lead our dynamic administrative team and help drive efficiency, organization, and service excellence across our head office operations.

**The Opportunity**

As the **Corporate Administration Manager**, you’ll be the central hub that keeps Devon’s corporate and property management operations running smoothly. This is a **hands-on leadership role** that combines people management, operational oversight, and strategic coordination.

You will oversee day-to-day corporate administration, streamline processes, support executive and property management teams, and ensure exceptional communication with owners, tenants, and vendors. Your leadership will directly impact the professionalism and productivity of our entire organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Department Oversight**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate administration team to achieve operational excellence.
- Create efficient, standardized processes aligned with company goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for administrative issues.

**Administrative & Operational Excellence**
- Oversee all aspects of corporate administration, including document management, reporting, and correspondence.
- Manage executive and departmental calendars, meeting coordination, and preparation of internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support key corporate projects, property transactions, and annual reporting initiatives.

**Property Management & Client Support**
- Coordinate owner and tenant communications, ensuring professional and timely service.
- Prepare reports, notices, and documentation for property owners and investors.
- Support annual property administration tasks such as insurance renewals, property tax payments, and registry filings.
- Assist with onboarding new properties, acquisitions, and leasehold transitions.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with property managers, accounting, and executive leadership to deliver seamless company-wide support.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contribute to corporate initiatives.
- Support front-office operations when needed, ensuring a polished client experience.

**About You**

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or team management role.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe/Foxit PDF; property management software experience an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proven success in process improvement, client relations, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per hour
