Full Job Description
We’re growing again and we are looking for customer focused and dedicated individuals to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering customer calls and inquiries
- Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals
- Completing mid-term & renewal policy reviews
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Providing exceptional service and professional advice
- Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
- Following company & carrier guidelines
- Working well with other team members
**Qualifications**:
- **MUST be RIBO licensed**:
- **MUST be fluent in Chinese**:
- Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Broker Management Systems and CompuQuote. PowerBroker experience is an asset.
- Regular hours are 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM Monday to Friday.
