**Position Overview**:
Bragg Creek Education Service Association (BCESA) is hiring part-time Educational Assistants (EAs) to support children with diverse learning needs in daycare programs across Calgary. These roles begin in the fall and involve working closely with children, teaching staff, and specialists to implement early intervention strategies and individualized support.

This is a part-time position (15 hours/week, Monday-Friday). Professional development opportunities are available and follow the Rocky View School Division calendar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support children individually or in groups, as directed by teaching staff or therapists
- Implement educational programming tailored to children’s developmental goals
- Reinforce strategies outlined in Individual Program Plans (IPPs)
- Encourage and model positive behaviour and self-esteem
- Monitor and document children’s progress
- Collaborate effectively with school personnel, families, and external service providers

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant experience or related post-secondary coursework
- Experience in a childcare or school setting required
- Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certification (or currently enrolled)
- Current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance (within the past three months)
- First Aid and CPR certification considered an asset
