We are looking for amazing and high energy morning people to join our leadership group. Experienced at leading a team of 15-20 servers and support team, hosts as well as working along side culinary team. Minimum two years management experience in elevated casual full service is needed. Fast paced and Chef inspired food and drinks which you won't get anywhere else Winner of Best Breakfast in Vancouver 2019, 2020 and 2021 and Best Breakfast Golden Plates 2020, 2021 and 2022 **Responsibilities**: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing the service operations - Provide high-quality service according to OEB standards - Supervise and train service staff - Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Assistant Manager or Bar Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service quality - Knowledge of liquor and food safety regulations We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization.
