This position is accountable for the NET Price Variation. Oversees the implementation of programs and processes to maximize margin and volume in support of the Company's business plan. Responsible for evaluating business opportunities which directly impacts ABB volume and operating earning objectives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Center of Pricing Excellence point-of-contact.
- Meet or exceed the Integration Commercial Business Plan and its associated financial KPIs.
- Identify new and existing market participation through pricing strategy.
- Evaluates price/volume tradeoffs through tactical review and approval/disapproval of potential business opportunities.
- Provides updates to senior management on recommended courses of action on business opportunities.
- Manages the pricing team by selecting, training and developing team members to achieve Company goals as well as developing employees for future roles.
- Participates with Sales team members on sales presentations, negotiation meetings and customer visits.
- Leading and managing cross functional teams in price discussion meetings.
- Oversees the implementation of programs and processes to maximize margin and volume in support of the company’s business plan.
- Responsible for development, implementation or managing of Price optimization tools.
- Work with regions to drive the efficiency in the authorization process.
- Owns various price processes.
- Work closely with: Senior management, Marketing management, Sales management, Finance department.

**Your background**:

- 10 years + of Price Management exposure.
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in B2B Type Business Model.
- Familiarity with electrical industry is considered an asset.
- Successful completion of a Business Degree is considered an asset.
- Implementation of pricing software programs.
- Pricing theorist.
- Demonstrate leadership and communication.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinker.
- Process improvement oriented.
- Analytical evaluator.
- Project management experience, drive for results attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) considered an asset.
- Motivated, self starter, able to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft office products.
- Demonstrated change agent.
