Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of hours worked, overtime, and deductions.

Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor expenditures, and report variances.

Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit required tax documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and materials as needed.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Audit Preparation: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and best practices in bookkeeping and accounting.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and record all company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and documentation.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.

Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash fund, ensuring proper use and documentation of all transactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software and procedures
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$29.85 per hour
