FLEETCOR is a leading global payments and financial services firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We invite you to join our 10-12-week paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors.
How We Work
As an intern you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

- Assigned workspace in office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients
- Resolve all queries and payment investigations in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Perform customer verifications; ‘knowing your customer’; be compliant with every task.
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Able to move payments through the release process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes.
- Provide professional service, managing internal obstacles invisibly to the client.
- Work quickly to resolve customer issues
- Proactively monitor all Payment queues within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Provide feedback to management on customer’s experience and preferences for communication, appreciation, and web content

Qualifications & Skills
- All internships are located in our headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
- Strong academic record, 3.5 GPA or greater
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA above 3.0 in academically rigorous curriculum.
- Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
