**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat de préférence.
- Plus d’un (1) an d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration ou de l'assistance à la clientèle.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience avec le développement des affaires dans un environnement porté par des paramètres quantifiables
- Au moins un an d’expérience en développement de nouvelles activités dans un environnement avec des appels et des décideurs multiples.
- Être en mesure de faire affaire avec des dirigeants de petites et moyennes entreprises et d’entretenir avec eux de bonnes relations
- Connaissance des opérations du service administratif et du service d'assistance à la clientèle et familiarité avec celles-ci.
- Approche professionnelle engageante.
