**Scope of role**

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business and customer expansion across a wide variety of channels. It’s a ‘greenfields’ opportunity in a business ripe for fresh ideas, with a market-leading product disrupting the traditional records management industry.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have room and resources to grow, with the opportunity to work in a flat-structured team working together to build a leading B2B SaaS Marketing function.

**Responsibilities & Activities**
- Create and execute an impactful marketing strategy that generates and accelerates opportunities and pipelines across global focus areas - Australia/New Zealand and North America.
- Develop and execute a broad range of integrated/digital field marketing programs including brand, webinars, events, and account-based marketing campaigns to support sales and channel objectives
- Create, manage and execute account/industry-based marketing programs in partnership with sales executives to drive acquisition and customer growth.
- Own the paid search and paid social strategy; set targets and budgets; guide and advise external support (agency); brief and manage the delivery of assets.
- Run, test and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets.
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report acquisition, pipeline, and program results to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and onsite and landing page optimization and personalization.
- Design and consider campaigns for customer lifecycle that educates potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and enhance our global brand awareness.
- Manage events strategy and execution, both owned and third-party as part of a holistic your growth strategy.
- Project manage cross-functional campaigns, working collaboratively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to meet deadlines

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities required**
- **Proven experience in a B2B demand generation/growth role for a SaaS product**:

- Sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention goals
- Deep experience with marketing automation tools, and a knowledge of the best tools on the market to augment our Martech stack.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to create required reports to track campaign performance and manage spend
- A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach. Ability to build a strong partnership with the Sales team.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors.
- An entrepreneurial and execution mindset focused on delivering results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once
- SaaS/tech industry experience, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing.
