**RANGE**: $15.00/hr

**DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to**:

- Sets up and operates selective solder machine
- Operates equipment in compliance with set procedures, safety regulations and process documentation
- Supports production schedule at all times
- Communicates issues to engineering, production, quality and materials that affect product quality
- Performs daily equipment maintenance prior to set up and operation
- Completes appropriate documentation on required forms
- Learns and maintains knowledge of as many product lines as possible
- Performs other tasks as directed.
- Ensures that work areas are kept clean and that safety rules are followed
- Participates in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated on regular basis

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in manufacturing with lead and lead-free process, with basic chemical handling of solder, flux etc. - previous experience operating selective solder machine ideal
- Must possess basic computer skills for machine programming requirements
- Good knowledge of Through-Hole technology, ability to identify Through Hole components like axial and radial components
- Working knowledge of soldering, and ability to recognize solder defects per IPC standards
- Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
- Individual should be detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
- Ability to understand and communicate in verbal and written English
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
