**Pallet Repair Technician**

**Overview**
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented **Pallet Repair Technician** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring wooden pallets to a service-ready condition. This hands-on position requires meeting daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. **Steel toe boots and reliable transportation to the workplace are required.**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect damaged pallets to identify necessary repairs.
- Use hand tools (hammers, nail guns, pry bars, etc.) and power tools to repair broken or weakened pallet components.
- Sort pallets by grade and quality based on company standards.
- Ensure all repaired pallets meet safety and durability specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols and best practices.
- Track completed repairs and materials used.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team members and report any safety or equipment issues to supervisors.

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in pallet repair, general labor, or construction is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work.
- **Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.**

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
