**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Logistics Business Excellence Specialist for Nestlé based at our Brampton location. The primary purpose of the Transportation Business Excellence Specialist position is to administer all 3rd Party Supplier payments; (Domestic & IMSP Transportation, and Warehousing) through third Party AP service providers, utilizing SAP Transportation Management (TM) and 3rd Party payment systems. This role also encompasses freight payment auditing, adhoc manual carrier payments, carrier rate table updating and reports creation for Transportation analysis and RFP bidding.
**A day in the life of...**:
As a Logistics Business Excellence Specialist, you will ensure an Accurate 3rd Party (3P) Audit and Payment Processing. This role be responsible for timely payment and in charge of reconciliation of batch reports with the 3P Provider as well as effective utilization of 3P online tools and automation. You will help to be compliant with Nestlé processes and adherence to Nestlé Supplier Code, Nestlé Terms and Conditions, and Nestlé Continuous Excellence foundations to demonstrate improvements in sustainability
- You will also:
- Oversee any 3P invoices for rate/shipment discrepancies as well as auditing and processing of all carrier accessories and processes of all Custom Broker Payments.
- Ensure compliance and timely set-up of new carriers in SAP and vendor information provided to 3P and maintenance of carrier rates in SAP TM
- Provide monthly and/or quarterly scorecards published with transport providers
- Audit payment patterns and invoicing via EDI to 3P and adherence to carrier rates aligned to 3P system.
- Help to achieve effective administration of Transportation Business Excellence
- Approach PO creation, management and situations with lean problem-solving activities demonstrated within end to end Freight and Accessorial payment process.
- Demonstrate effective use of TMS (transportation Management System) through improvements and TMS/Digitalization projects
- Contribute to Value Creation through a Lean Enterprise Mindset
- Actively participate in the customer service logistics strategies
- Deliver yearly operation expense targeted impacts and/or will demonstrate results of pull and flow by reduction of waste (i.e. TIMWOOD)

- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a physical logistics administration and systems
- Must be a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities; able to work through a myriad (freight) payable parameters to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multiple task while working in a demanding, fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
