We’re looking for a friendly and driven Administrative Assistant & Phone Sales Coordinator to be the voice of our company. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the first person new clients speak with—and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience.

This is a perfect fit for someone who’s equal parts people-person and go-getter. Sales experience? That’s a huge plus—we want someone who knows how to build rapport, follow up like a pro, and help move clients closer to “yes.”

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Be the first point of contact for potential clients—via phone, website inquiries, and in-person visits
- Follow up with every new lead within 24 hours to start meaningful, trust-building conversations
- Ask the right questions to learn about clients’ projects, needs, and vision
- Schedule consultations efficiently and coordinate with our design team
- Greet walk-in visitors warmly, offer refreshments, and create a welcoming vibe
- Share our design process and tools—like our online calculator, project gallery, and sample videos
- Gather and organize key documents (survey certificates, inspiration images, site photos)
- Use tools like Google Earth, shared calendars, and Voxer to pass along project insights

You’re Great At:

- Talking to people with confidence, clarity, and care
- Staying organized, on top of follow-ups, and thinking two steps ahead
- Asking thoughtful, strategic questions to learn what really matters to clients
- Keeping multiple leads moving through the process smoothly

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Sales or customer service experience (highly preferred)
- A background or interest in landscaping, design, or real estate
- Experience using CRM or project management software

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
