Reporting to the Shipping/Receiving Team Lead, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control as well as performing manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. The Sipper/Receiver will also be performing a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow, coordinating and monitoring workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area, while maintaining compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.

This position is part of the Operations/Plant Management Team located in London, ON and will be **On-Site.**

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Being responsible for accurate material handling; the receiving, storage, and transfer of material in and out.
- Performing cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, keeping accurate records of all transactions.
- Dealing with multiple departments, customers and vendors.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 or more years material handling or equivalent experience.
- Must have strong understanding of ERP and transactional processes, and a good working knowledge of Kan-Ban processes.
- Requires G Drivers License.
- Requires associate to pass fork truck driving test; Ability to maintain good driving record.

It would be great if you also possess:

- Inventory Management experience (i.e., inventory transactions, cycle counting, & material handling).
