Our team is detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment from open to close.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Barista Duties**
- Execute espresso-based and brewed drinks with speed and consistency according to Drip House standards
- Steam milk to correct texture and temperature with attention to detail
- Operate, clean, and maintain grinders, espresso machines, brewers, and all bar equipment
- Confidently manage multiple drink tickets and prioritize workflow during rushes
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times

**Opening / Closing Duties**
- Complete all opening prep including espresso calibration, restocking, baking, and cleaning
- Execute closing responsibilities such as deep cleaning, resetting stations, fridge cleanouts, and daily inventory tasks
- Restock all milk, pastries, paper products, and bar supplies
- Ensure full café cleanliness: bar, back-of-house, bathrooms, floors, and customer areas

**Baking & Product Handling**
- Prepare and bake pastries following café guidelines and timing requirements
- Monitor pastry inventory and communicate stock needs during shifts
- Maintain proper rotation and handling of baked goods and ingredients

**Teamwork & Customer Experience**
- Deliver friendly, warm, and knowledgeable service at all times
- Work closely with the team to keep service flow seamless and efficient
- Communicate clearly with both front and back-of-house team members
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation in both guest-facing and staff areas throughout your shift

**Who You Are**:

- You have **1-2+ years of barista experience** in a fast-paced, high-volume café
- You’re confident in opening and closing operations and take pride in a well-run shift
- You have experience with espresso calibration, milk steaming, and basic baking prep
- You’re highly reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative
- You thrive in a team environment and handle busy rushes with calm and focus
- You have **full, open availability** (early mornings, weekends, and holidays included)
