**The Role**

Day to Day Activities include:

- Experience in planning and leading JAD sessions and creating design documents
- Participate in and lead systems analysis and gap analysis.
- Support team members through the development and testing of functional designs.
- Provide status reporting, quality assurance monitoring and ensure adherence to procedures

Skills & Role Requirements:

- Configuration Management: Coordination of client environments with mCase builds and patches.
- Testing & Deployment: Test integrated software (SIT, UAT, Performance, etc.). Plan and support deployments to all client environments. Provide information and training support for clients as part of rollouts.
