Front Desk Receptionist

You will be providing customer service care to both clients and therapists in an environment that supports health and wellness approaches.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling the phone lines
- Accepting payments and filing direct billing
- Selling gift certificates
- Laundry and general housekeeping
- Covid-19 Screening
- Promoting the business via social media
- Patient interaction
- Scheduling patient appointments
Are you able to:
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients and staff
- Able to multitask
- Willing to do a variety of tasks
- Works well in a team environment
- Self motivated, energetic person
- Flexible availability
- Able to preform light lift (15-20 pounds)
Do you have:
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous administrative experience (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a physiotherapy or massage therapy clinic considered an asset
- Previous experience working with motor vehicle accident claims considered an asset
Once training has been completed hours will be approx. 10- 15 hours to per week.

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All front desk staff are recommended to wear a mask. Therapists are required to wear a mask. Plexiglass barriers are in place in reception area and lunch room. COVID screening is done with all clients. Disinfection of common areas and therapeutic areas.
