Langford, Canada Pemberton Holmes Property Management Full time

Pemberton Holmes is looking for a part time (Tues-Sat) Showing Coordinator Applicant will be cheerful, personable, reliable, detailed oriented, self-motivated, able to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision. Previous experience in the Property Management industry is an asset but not required. Good knowledge of computer skills, camera skills and Greater Victoria area is a must. Must be proficient in Outlook and possess good communication skills. Must be able to be bonded and hold valid BC drivers license, vehicle will be provided. Successful applicant will be responsible to show rental properties and maintain communication with the office and potential tenants. Job position is available immediately Hours will vary, with No Evening shifts.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
