**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is an asset.
