Deburring Technician

Oakville, Canada Coordinate Industries Ltd. Full time

The Deburring technician operates a wide variety of hand tools to perform deburring, grinding, blending, buffing, tumbling, or chamfering operations on machined products per specifications. The intermediate technician is able deburr most parts.
**1- **Job Related Duties & Responsibilities**
- Follow quality management system policies and procedures as per AS 9100 International Standard
- Remove burrs and break sharp edges on finished parts. Blend mismatches where applicable.
- Set up and run various deburr equipment. (Tumbler, sand blaster)
- Follow router sequences and bring parts to the correct location when finished.
- Follow applicable work instructions and maintain appropriate records.
- Perform rework on parts that you have made that do not meet job requirements.
- Maintains a production efficiency of 75% or better.
- Maintains an FPA (First Pass Yield) of 75% or better.
- Follow health and safety rules at Coordinate Industries Ltd.

**1- **Training, Experience, Education and Skill Requirements**
- Requires minimum 5 years’ experience as a Deburrer.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for details.
- Able to work on most parts that the company makes.
- Able to self-organize and follow instructions independently.
- Able to read, speak, write and understand English.
- Ability to work with small or large pieces (Hand dexterity).

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
