**Position Details**:
**Weekend Shift**:

- Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts)
- 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM _(includes an additional 4 paid hours to reach 40/week)_

**Day Shift**:

- Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts)
- 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

**Pay Range**:
$30 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools (e.g., lathes, milling machines) to produce components to specified tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches.
- Use machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment and supply readiness.
- Follow written procedures and maintain documentation.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Red Seal Machinist certification or 2nd to 4th-year Machinist Apprentice.
- Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to processes
