We operate 5 quality care programs in 3 locations for infants, toddlers and 3-5 year olds. Our standards far exceed those required by childcare regulations because we believe our children deserve better than a mínimal standard.

**Job Specifications**:
**_Job Title:_** ECE Supervisor, IT an asset

**_Term of Employment:_** Fulltime

**_Hours of Work:_** 40 hrs/week

**_Position Start Date:_** Immediately

**_Job description:_** Greet parents, children and families. Supervise and interact with children, ensure safety. Pass on messages, information and concerns to Head Supervisor/Director. Learn and review Policies and Procedures manual. Lead by example, be a positive role model. Assist in problem solving with children, parents and staff. Attend staff, mini meetings and work parties. Practice Fire/Earthquake drills. Participate in programming, monthly learning themes, children's progress reports, parent meetings (when possible), mentor practicum students, volunteers and observers.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
