We are looking to hire a Dental Receptionist for a full-time position We are a quickly growing office located in the downtown heart of Ayr Ontario. Hours of operation are Monday to Wednesday 9am

- Greeting Patients
- Processing Payment from Patients and Insurance Companies
- Billing to Patients and Insurance Companies
- Calling Insurance Companies
- Answering phone Calls
- Scheduling Patients for appointments
- Assisting with processing Sterilization
- Cleaning the office
- Has the following: reliable, ability to multitask, quick learner, works well in both a team and individually, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Driven to provide Patients with Patient Focused Care
- Experience and ability to work with Windows and Office365
- Experience in a dental setting (Not necessary but is considered an additional bonus)
- IPAC Certification (Not necessary but is considered an additional bonus)
- Experience with OpenDental (Not necessary but is considered an additional bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
