As our group of companies continues to grow, we need a Marketing Specialist to support our companies with their branding and promotional needs.
**We are looking for someone who**:

**As a Marketing Specialist, you will**:
- Drive awareness of business products, services, and value among the desired customer segments, and assist with managing our social media platforms.
- Own the automation of our marketing systems, nurture programs and dynamic content
- Manage our marketing automation pipeline. You will have access to our development team to build custom automations, along with common marketing automation tools and online platforms.
- Participate in the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.
- Write marketing copy tailored to specific leads.
- Follow up on warm leads, and schedule meetings with business leaders in our group of companies to close deals.
- Help support the growth of our brand and business partnerships.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop roadmaps, define quarterly goals, and report on key performance indicators so that we can measure our marketing success, identify key learnings, and iterate over time.
