**Schedule**:Full-time** (Monday Friday) 9:00am-5:00pm

**Role Overview**

As our IoT Platform Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of our IoT ecosystems, including user account management, permissions and access control, device connectivity troubleshooting, platform configuration, and end‑user training. Your work will ensure that internal teams, dealers, and end customers can securely connect, monitor, and manage their Greenworks® smart equipment seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** User & Access Management**
- Provision and deprovision of user accounts
- Assign and audit roles/permissions within our IoT platforms
- ** Connectivity Troubleshooting**
- Diagnose and resolve device‑to‑cloud connectivity issues
- Analyze logs and metrics; escalate complex issues to engineering
- ** Monitoring & Reporting**
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards for system health
- Generate and distribute regular usage and performance reports
- ** Training & Documentation**
- Develop clear, concise training materials (guides, videos, FAQs)
- Conduct workshops and webinars for internal teams, dealers, and end‑users
- ** Collaboration**
- Partner with IT, Product, and Engineering teams on feature rollouts
- Coordinate firmware updates, new integrations, and platform enhancements

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Hands‑on experience with one or more IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (LDAP, Active Directory, IAM)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
