**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Commercial Heavy Truck and Trailer Parts Specialist** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**

As an Associate in our Commercial Parts Department, your engagement with our Customer base will encompass:

- In person - identifying parts visually, and by using industry
- Assist with product identification
- Determine price and availability of needed items
- Invoice product using in house ERP system.
- Work with Dispatch and Shipping staff to arrange delivery as required.

You will engagement with Suppliers:

- In person as required.

**Key Skill Requirements**
- Three (3) years proven experience in a similar role is required.
- Familiarity with Karmak Fusion is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in demand planning or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Driver License with clean abstract.

**Rate of Pay**: $67000 - $85000 depending on experience.
