In this dynamic role, you will initially focus on the Enterprise CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) program. As part of the Strategy and Partnerships team, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, working on cross-faculty intake requests, conducting complex needs assessments, and contributing to strategic investigations. You'll dig deep to question and challenge existing journeys, processes, and practices, becoming a change agent with a keen eye on enhancing constituent experiences from a holistic, enterprise-wide perspective.

You will utilize advanced techniques such as customer journey mapping and business processes mapping to identify areas for improvement and innovation; translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans in collaboration with clients and team members; make recommendations for technology-driven solutions or process enhancements to elevate the University's operations; bridge the gap between technical jargon and clear, concise language, enabling stakeholders of all levels to comprehend and mitigate potential risks effectively.

This position provides expertise to aid in the planning, design and development of technical resources. This position translates business requirements into an implementation plan with clients and members of the team. This position updates project managers, sponsors of progress towards objectives, and ensures issues are logged and resolved.

**Job Description**:

**What you will do**
- Reviews and edits business requirements and processes, and provides regular updates to project managers and client groups.
- Conducts research, develops detailed queries, and addresses information systems changes and business process improvements.
- Recommends system and business process improvements on information system and business process issues.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and develops training content and supports the coordination and/or delivery of training.
- Provides user support, and 3rd level help desk support.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.

**Required Education**
- Three-year Community College Diploma or Three-Year Bachelor Degree, or equivalent. In addition, requires trade certification, qualification, or on-going learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.

**Required Experience**
- More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience.
- Experience with software and web technologies considered an asset (e.g., ServiceNow, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), other software packaging, etc.).
- Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Job Knowledge and Requirements**
