**Duties**
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff to ensure high performance
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and overall hotel experience
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems for effective communication
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhanced guest interactions
- Excellent phone etiquette to represent the hotel professionally over the phone
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory
