SWG fuels the movement to “go” and reach more people with the gospel through relational evangelism and training, innovative Scripture resources, and by partnering with local churches worldwide. **Position Description**: As part of the International Growth team, the International Project Manager is responsible for developing ministry plans and identifying new opportunities to to engage people with the gospel throughout the international regions of ShareWord Global's ministry. You will work with international regional managers to support the mobilization and growth of global partners and churches, helping to achieve our ministry’s objectives, creating innovative ways of reaching more people with the Word of God, igniting and fuelling a passion in the hearts of people, in the heart of the church, to share the Gospel. Encouraging and equipping communities of believers, we mobilize them to effectively introduce people to Jesus through God's Word. For over 100 years we have been sharing the love of God with the world. **Term**: Full time **Expected** Travel: 25% **Location**: Hybrid (Cambridge office and work from home) **Key Responsibilities**: Develop and Monitor Ministry Plans - Manage specific projects for the benefit of the entire division/organization - Find new opportunities and motivate to research these opportunities with a view to determining suitability for pursuit for the organization - Work with the Director to develop fundraising tools and strategies for International Regional Managers to assist the accomplishment of each I&F Regions becoming self-sustaining - Assist the Director in developing strategy and processes to ensure the success of the I&F Strategy, developing ministry plans to support as required - Manage in-country coordinators in terms of contracted MoUs and the strategy for each applicable region - Manage the implementation and embedding of the Grow Your Church Program (“GYCP”) in every region where the model can be successfully implemented, including oversight of GYCP data capturing and reporting - Monitor annual and long-term budgets and Strategic, Tactical and Operational plans for the Department - Build and maintain a steady pipeline of impact stories through story gathering, reporting, statistical analysis, providing rationale necessary to drive fundraising donor proposals for future investment opportunities in ministry - Manage end-to-end logistics of the region: procurement, shipping, storage and distribution of Scriptures Gospel Impact (GO) Trips - Develop and execute strategy for the recruitment of GO Team participants, implementing marketing plans to ensure every GO Trip is fully resourced - Ensure each GO Trip is fully funded, has sufficient participants and that all trip fees have been paid prior to the commencement of the trip - Work with Director to model GO trips around the strategy implemented for the region - Execute strategy for GO Team Ambassador Program Strategy - Develop and implement journey maps for GO Team participants for pre and post-trip fundraising and awareness activities once the division is fully staffed and operational. - Assist all GO Team members in executing each step of the journey mapping (fundraising, awareness, etc.) - Develop strategy and processes to identify GO Team Trip Leaders and build a database of trained and qualified Trip Leaders - Implement a training program for GO Team Trip Leaders and oversee ongoing Trip Leader training - Liaise with partner organizations in the execution of collaborative GO Team trip initiatives, including the arrangement of travel and execution of trip logistics - Coordinate GO Trip logistics and planning for international ministry trips in collaboration with other employees - Provide leadership on international ministry trips, as directed by the Director, managing and monitoring international trip schedule on all platforms - Develop and implement a GO Teams trip report that captures all the information required for the Glob
