DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our **Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) Team**. We are hiring an experienced** Relationship Manager (RM).**
**Day to day**
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager for CT&I, the RM will support and grow the appointed partner network by managing sales opportunities and relationships in order to realize sales objectives including new business volume, margin, penetration rates and profitability.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Develop and deliver proposals and quotes
- Manage all transactions and communicate with appropriate parties as necessary
- Establish strong internal relationships to effectively and efficiently process business
- Create presentations and communication collateral for external and internal use
- Train partners on available products, processes and the use of systematic tools
- Involve all relevant expertise (risk, operations, legal, etc.) to structure and close deals
- Report on business activities and highlight relevant trends
- Travel as required to meet partners and attend trade shows and industry events
- Define, monitor and achieve commercial targets and goals

**Essentials**
- University Degree of College Diploma in Business or equivalent work experience
- 3 Years sales or related leasing experience
- Thorough knowledge of the marketplace as well as current trends and activities
- Understanding of financial statements and the credit review process
- Knowledge pertaining to financial product pricing, subsidy management and amortization schedules
- Proficient in MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven sales, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to persevere and see things through to completion
- A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with the capability to work independently and remotely
