**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Notifies colleagues of customer arrival
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Posting Invoices
- Stocking vehicles for inventory

**Qualifications**
- Administrative experience
- A business or administrative certificate is preferred, but not required
- Organized
- Excellent customer service
- Welcoming and positive attitude
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Checking for accuracy
- Numeracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Competent with computers and telephones
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Problem-solving
- Performing routine tasks

This is a **permanent PART-TIME** position from Monday to Friday. 1 pm to 6 pm.

The opportunity for full-time hours may arise in the future as required.

Averaging 20 to 30 hours per week.

**Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
