**We have an opening at our St. Vital office, located at 851 Dakota St, Winnipeg, MB, for a full time Licensed Insurance Advisor with a min. of 1 year experience**

Crossroads Insurance is a full service insurance brokerage providing quality products and services with professional advice for over 50 years. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Shared duties on Personal Lines team, including but not limited to Home, Condo, Tenants insurance. While educating and guiding clients to help them protect what matters most to them
- Attain to meet personal and team sales targets
- Servicing of customer accounts through phone calls and walk-ins (Personal Lines & MPI), including cross-selling and up-selling to incoming traffic.
- Continually develop product, client and industry knowledge
- Must have superior sales and customer service skills with a desire to build relationships
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in all situations
- Developing and pursuing new business opportunities
- Weekday & Saturday shifts required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Must have Level 1 General Insurance License with min. 1 year experience** **&**

**MPI- IWS Certified**
- EPIC software experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills & strong base knowledge of General Insurance
- Superb communication, presentation and relationship skills
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and sound work ethic
- Problem Solving skills and ability to be resourceful

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
