**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic **ECE Level 2 or ECE Level 3** professionals to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play an essential role in shaping young minds through play-based learning and hands-on experiences. If you have a passion for early childhood education and believe in creating a safe, engaging, and caring environment for children, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based programs that encourage exploration and discovery.
- Provide a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s growth and learning to inform curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create creative and engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress and daily experiences.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **ECE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification**.
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and learning through play.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude with a genuine love for children.
- Ability to adapt, be creative, and bring energy to a collaborative teaching environment.
