Administrative Assistant/social Media Coordinator

- Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of our various responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage weekly social media posts, communicating upcoming events and booking information.
- Maintain and update the company's website and content.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate deliveries.
- Facilitate entertainment bookings for various events.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Prior event experience, with a background in administration, social media, and/or marketing.
- Experience with managing social media platforms, including Meta business (Instagram and Facebook), and TikTok from a management perspective.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and related tools.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
