Madorin, Snyder LLP is a full service law firm based in Kitchener, Ontario and serving clients throughout Ontario. Over the last 60 years we have maintained our reputation as specialists in a number of areas of the law including family and employment law and the defence of insurance claims, professionals, municipalities and manufacturers.

We require an individual with a general background and experience in a legal environment to join a busy practice.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- File organization and maintenance of files in PC Law, Library and offsite storage;
- Assisting with accounting (Monthly bank reconciliations, AR, AP, preparing pre-bills etc.)
- Assist with the firm's banking, attendance at the land registry office and courthouse as required;
- Reception coverage when required;
- Coordinating client meeting requirements with the lawyers.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience;
- Strong computer knowledge in the following programs: MS Office, and PC Law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients, lawyers and staff;
- Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment;
- Must be organized, thorough and have high attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of team;
- Successful completion of a related post-secondary education program is considered an asset.
