Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and prepare menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen workers
- Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing menu items
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent culinary skills, including proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff
- Knowledge of bartending and food service is a plus
