Draftsperson

**JOB OPPORTUNITY: DRAFTSPERSON**

In collaboration with the Sales department and under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Draftsperson designs vehicle drawings based on specifications requested by clients.

**Main Responsibilities of the Draftsperson**:

- Review requests from the Sales department and organize work according to the drawing list
- Analyze specifications and create vehicle drawings using AutoCAD and Illustrator, ensuring adherence to requested specifications and deadlines
- Identify actual or potential issues regarding the feasibility and appearance of the vehicle, and make recommendations accordingly
- Print drawings and save them on the network for approval
- Review and modify drawings as per client requests
- Support designers and respond to their information requests
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor

**Desired Profile for the Draftsperson Position**:

- DEP in industrial design or DEC in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of the automotive sector (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Illustrator
- Knowledge of MS Office and a 3D visualization software
- Good understanding of written English
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
